Tom Of Finland Neoprene Collar with Lock

This durable neoprene collar combines comfortable restriction with a classic design. It is double-layered for enhanced strength and features a metal plate that proudly displays "Tom of Finland" on the side. A D-ring is conveniently attached to the front, ready for the matching leash, which is sold separately.
